There was an issue generating fingerprints based on your criteria.

In order to resolve the error, the following must be done:

1. Go to “My Account” on the left panel
2. Select “Preferences” tab
3. Set “My native screen resolution” value to match your PC actual screen resolution
4. Set “Maximal screen resolution” value to match your native screen resolution or smaller
5. Set “Minimal screen resolution” value to smaller than “Maximal screen resolution”
